About us

Fysiophylia Villas are built on a quiet hillside in the village of Fragokastello, on the southern coast of Chania. With respect for nature and with a sense of effortless luxury, the three Villas (Terra Aqua and Aria) are the ideal accommodation for a relaxing summer vacation. With harmonious architecture in the surrounding area, just a few meters away from the sea and with an unobstructed view of the colorful canvas of the horizon, the new fully equipped Fysiophylia villas are ready to welcome guests from all over the world.

In the area

Fragokastello is known for its Venetian castle (14th century) from which it got its name. Every year many visitors arrive in the area to admire it but also to enjoy moments of relaxation on some of the most beautiful beaches of Crete located at Frangokastello. The most known are Orthi Ammos, the beach south of the castle, Agia Pelagia and Vatalos. Also in the area there are many gorges that attracts visitors to explore them. Some of the most popular are Kallikratis, Imbros, Aradaina and Samaria gorge which are a magnet for nature lovers. In the village there are taverns, bakeries, cafes, beach bars and super markets to serve visitors and locals.

Vatalos beach

Just a few meters away from our villas you will find the beautiful Vatalos beach. It is located west of the Venetian fortress of Fragokastello. It is a rich sandy beach with shallow and clear blue waters, but also tamarisk trees that provide shady spots along the coast.
